The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Newman, Crofton, Md.
Parents of the groom are Mr. and Mrs. Alan Nathan, Hermitage.
The bride’s sister, Sara Newman, was maid of honor. Johanna Gnall, friend of the bride, was bridesmaid.
Adam Nathan, brother of the groom, was best man. Groomsmen were Jeremy Monat and Joseph Zipay, friends of the groom.
Tyler Nathan, nephew of the groom, was ring bearer.
The newlyweds took a honeymoon trip to California and are living in Hyattsville, Md.
Mrs. Nathan graduated in 2003 from the University of Maryland. She received her master’s degree in human resources from the University of Maryland’s University College. She works for the department of human resources at the University of Maryland.
Her husband graduated from Sharon High School in 1993. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester in New York and his master’s degree in management of information technology from the University of Virginia. He is senior information technology specialist for the United States Senate Sergeant at Arms, Washington, D.C.
