Theresa “Tressi” Rosa and Dr. Daniel Jones were married on Sept. 21, 2007, at sunset in front of the fountain at Point State Park aboard the Keystone Belle of the Gateway Clipper Fleet, Pittsburgh, by the Rev. Patrick O’Leary.
The bride is a daughter of Mary Anne Rosa, 100 Laurel Drive, Sharpsville.
The groom is a son of Barbara Sedor, 16 Main St., Kaska, Pa.
Honor attendant was Svetlana Rella, Youngstown, bride’s friend. Bridesmaid was Elizabeth Rosa, Sharpsville, bride’s cousin.
Best man was Robert Zehmisch, Pittsburgh, friend of the couple. Usher was Lewis Rosa III, Sharpsville, bride’s cousin
A reception also was on the Keystone Belle.
After a honeymoon to Positano, Rome, Florence and Venice, all Italy, the newlyweds live at 944 Chatham Park Drive, Pittsburgh.
Mrs. Jones graduated from Slippery Rock University, with a bachelor’s degree in metalsmithing and jewelry design; and ITT Tech with an associate’s degree in computer drafting. She is employed by Power Contracting Co., Pittsburgh.
Her husband graduated from University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown with a bachelor’s degree in biology; and Iowa State University, with a doctorate of veterinary medicine. He is a veterinarian at Pleasant Hills Pet Hospital in Pittsburgh.
He proposed in a horsedrawn carriage in front of the fountain at Point State Park.
