Christina Edney and Brian Dorland were married April 26, 2003, in Assumption of Our Lady, Fairport, N.Y., by Monsignor Tom Snyderwine of St. Luke Church, Erie.
The bride is a daughter of John and Loretta Lapcevich, 633 Spencer Ave., Sharon, and the late Ralph Edney.
Bridegroom's parents are Eugene and Frances Dorland, 47 Lambeth Loop, Fairport. Matrons of honor were Patti Fiely, Cambridge, Springs, and Josann Briggs, Rochester, N.Y. Bridesmaids were Jennifer Hagen, groom's sister; Christine Miller, Rochester; and Christine Tighe, Sharpsville.
Christopher Schoff, Walworth, N.Y., was best man. Ushers were Brian Briggs; Anthony D'Apice, groom's cousin; and Jason Hagen, groom's brother-in-law, all Rochester; and Thomas Harmon, Batavia, N.Y.
Flower girl was Madison Hahn, Warrenton, Va. Tyler Fiely, Cambridge Springs, bride's godson, and Davis Hagen, Rochester, groom's nephew, were ring bearers. A reception was in Eagle Vale Golf Club, Fairport10-23.
After a honeymoon cruise to the Bahamas and Key West, Fla., the newlyweds live at 38 Aconbury Drive, Fairport, NY 14450.
An alumna of Mercer High School and Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, Mrs. Dorland is employed by M & T Bank Business Banking, Rochester.
Her husband graduated from Fairport High School and attended State University of New York at Brockport. He served four years in the Navy on USS South Carolina and works for Lenel Systems International Inc., Victor, N.Y.
