Mr. and Mrs. David L. Huie of Troy and Mr. and Mrs. Larry E. Graddy of Oxford announce the engagement of their daughter, Kimberly Graddy, to Terry DeWayne Garrett the son of Mr. and Mrs. Bradley E. Garrett of Troy.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Grady Motes of Troy and the late Mr. and Mrs. Woodrow E. Graddy of Troy.
She is a 1996 graduate of Charles Henderson High School in Troy. She received a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Troy State University in December 2000.
She is employed by Troy Regional Medical Center.
The future groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Murphy Starling of Goshen, the late Lucy Garrett, the late Luther Warren Garrett and Dorothy Garrett of Josie.
He is a 1995 graduate of Charles Henderson High School in Troy and is employed by Garrett Enterprises of Troy.
The wedding will be at 5 p.m. Oct. 16, 2004 at Park Memorial United Methodist Church of Troy.
