Mr. and Mrs. Michael K. Thomas of Goshen announce the engagement of their daughter Jennifer Pasley Thomas to Timothy Wayne Brooks the son of Mrs. Mira Brooks of Josie and Mr. and Mrs. Max Brooks of Ebenezer.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Emory Thomas of Goshen and the late Mr. and Mrs. Author Smith of Troy. She is a 1996 graduate of Goshen High School and attended Troy State University and John Patterson. She is employed at Epix Salon in Troy.

The future groom is the grandson of Mrs. Anner Brooks of Ebenezer and the late C.J. "Bill" Brooks and Mrs. Catherine Austin from Corinth and the late Clifford Austin. He is a graduate of Pike County High School in Brundidge and is employed by Wiley Sanders Truck Lines.

The wedding will be Feb. 7, 2004, at 3:30 p.m. at Goshen Baptist Church in Goshen.
