Betty Chancellor of Troy announces the engagement of her daughter, Angela Kaye Chancellor, to Glendon Stuart Davis, son of Mr. and Mrs. Tommy Reynolds Davis of Fort Davis.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of the late Tommy Stone Chancellor.
She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Robert Parish of Headland and the late Mr. and Mrs. Shelby S. Chancellor of Troy.
She is a graduate of Pike Liberal Arts School in Troy and graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and a master's degree in geotechnical engineering.
She is employed with the Alabama Department of Transportation in Montgomery as an assistant geotechnical engineer.
The prospective groom is the grandson of Virginia Stuart and the late John Richard Stuart of Union Springs and Lucy Davis and the late Joseph Landrum Davis of Fort Davis.
He is a graduate of Bullock Memorial School in Union Springs, and also graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor's degree in biosystem engineering.
He is employed with TTL Inc. in Montgomery as an environmental engineer.
The wedding is planned for 4 p.m. Saturday, July 13, at First Baptist Church of Troy.
