Engagement Announced.

Friends in Charlotte will be interested in the announcement of the engagement of Miss Ruth Alexander to Mr. Linwood H. Brann, the wedding to take place early in June.

Miss Alexander is the daughter of Mrs. Emma Alexander Webb of Charlotte and is stenographer and bookkeeper for Armour & Company, of this city.

Mr. Brann, formerly of Lowell, Mass., has recently been discharged from military service and is now located at Camp Bragg, Fayetteville, being in the employ of the government.
