McNeal - Moss
James and Marsha McNeal of Hannibal have announced the engagement of their daughter, Jamie Marie McNeal, to Phillip Scott Moss.
He is the son of Robert and Melaney Moss of Hannibal.
The prospective bride is a 1998 graduate of Hannibal High School and will graduate in December 2001 with an associate of arts degree from Moberly Area Community College.
She is employed at Fiddlestiks Food and Spirits Co.
The prospective bridegroom is a 1996 graduate of Hannibal High School and is employed at Pillsbury Food Company.
The wedding is planned for 6 p.m. Aug. 4, at Arch United Methodist Church.
