Donna M. Powell of Kennebunk, Maine and William C. Powell Sr. of Watertown announce the engagement of their daughter, Tracy A. Powell, to Peter Moutafis, son of George and Joan Moutafis of Belmont.

The future bride graduated from Watertown High School and is employed by Watertown Savings Bank. Her fiance graduated from Belmont High School and is a fabric care professional.
