Shepherd, Lunceford to marry this month
Lisa Carol Shepherd of Mountain City and John David Lunceford
of Elizabethton announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.
The bride is the daughter of Malcolm and Mary Hawkins of
Mountain City.
Lisa is a graduate of Johnson County High School. She is employed
by Adventa Hospice as an account executive.
Her fiancé is the son of Joe and Victoria Lunceford of
Elizabethton.
John is a graduate of Happy Valley High School. He is a 17-
year military veteran having served in Desert Operation Noble
Eagle while in the Army National Guard. He is employed by the
Elizabethton Police Department.
The couple will be married at East Side Freewill Baptist Church
in Elizabethton on Saturday, December 9, 2006.
