Million - 50th
Mr. and Mrs. Harlan Million of Shelbina will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception hosted by their children from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, May 30, at the Shelbina Senior Citizens Center.
Donna Joan Mahoney and Harlan Monroe Million were united in marriage on June 5, 1954, at the First Baptist Church parsonage in Shelbina. The Rev. Glen Irons officiated. Attendants were Marvin and Jeanette Thomas of Clarence.
Mrs. Million is the daughter of the late Wayne and Mona Mahoney. Mr. Million is the son of the late Monroe and Lucille Million.
They are the parents of seven children, Deborah (Don) Burroughs of Hannibal, Gary (Libbi) Million and Dennis Million, both of Shelbina, Robert (April) Million of Shelbyville, Kathy (Rodney) Cullifer of Rochester Hills, Mich., Kevin (Charlene) Million of Warsaw, and Darren (Brandi) Million of Columbia. They have 15 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to the reception. They request no gifts.
