Wayne Widener were
united in marriage on March
25, 2006 at the Chapel at the
Park in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.
Brandy is the daughter of John
and Jan Maddux of
Greeneville, Tennessee. Her
grandparents are Ruth Maddux
and the late Martice Maddux
of Birmingham, Alabama and
John Baker and the late
Josephine Baker of Jackson,
Mississippi. Jeremy is the son
of Larry and Cindy Widener of
Laurel Bloomery. His grandparents
are Marie Widener and the
late James Widener of Laurel
Bloomery and Sarah Crockett
and the late Ralph Crockett of
Damascus, Virginia.
The wedding took place at the
Chapel at the Park at noon on
Saturday the 25th of March,
2006. A lunch reception was
held at Damon’s Grill in
Gatlinburg following the ceremony.
The bride is a 2000 graduate
of Walters State Community
College with Associates degree
in General Engineering. She is
currently a senior at ETSU,
majoring in Manufacturing Engineering
Technology. She is
employed as a Senior Quality
Engineer at DTR Tennessee,
Inc. located in Tazewell, Tennessee.
The groom is a 2001
graduate of VA Highlands
Community College where he
received his Associates degree
in General Engineering Technology.
He will be graduating
in May 2006 from ETSU with
his Bachelors degree in Manufacturing
Engineering Technology.
He is employed as a Quality
Engineer at OTICS USA, Inc.
in Morristown, Tennessee.
After a honeymoon stay in
Gatlinburg, the couple are residing
in New Tazewell, Tennessee.
