Sarah Sirrena Wiggins, daughter
of Carl J. Wiggins and the late
Joyce Anne Robinson Wiggins,
to wed S. Sgt. Philip Paul Archer.
Philip is the son of Herman and
Billie Archer of Jonesborough,
Tennessee.

An open church wedding is
planned for May 24, 2003 at
Valley View United Methodist
Church.

Sirrena is a graduate of the
University of Tennessee and is
employed in the Tennessee Coop
Managers Program. S. Sgt. Archer
is stationed at McGee Tyson
Airport with the U.S. Air Force.
