Ms. Camp is the daughter of Carol Camp of Wellington and Robert Camp of Seattle, Wash.
The groom-to-be is the son of Dr. Pamela Stow and the late James Pepper of Sevenoaks, Kent, England.
The couple will be married on Saturday, Sept. 26, 1999 in Cold Spring, N.Y.
The bride-to-be is a playwright and literary manager for Collaborative Arts Project 21 (CAP21), a not-for-profit theater development company in New York City.
She graduated with a B.F.A. in play writing from Tarkio College in Missouri.
Pepper is a computer systems manager for the investment bank Morgan Stanley.
He graduated from the University of Surrey with a degree in computer science and chemical physics.
The couple will reside in New York City.
