Aubrey Harney, Rock Island, daughter of Timothy and Cynthia Ashmun, Milan, is engaged to Chad Jens, Eldridge, Iowa, son of Daniel and Patricia Jens, Eldridge.

Their grandparents are Les and Arla Docherty; Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Jens, Davenport, and Mr. and Mrs. Ardell Oster, Long Grove, Iowa.

The bride-elect graduated from Rock Island (Ill.) High School.

She is employed by Oak Express, Davenport.

Her fiance graduated from Assumption High School, Bettendorf.

He is employed by the Thirsty Beaver, Rock Island.

The couple will be married at 2 p.m. on June 1, 2002 at St. Piuxs Church, Rock Island.

Friends and relatives are invited to the ceremony and the reception at the Milan Community Center.
