A wedding reception was held on Nov. 2, 2001 at the Blackhawk Lodge in Rock Island. Guest included family and friends locally and from Chicago, southern Illinois, Michigan, California, New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland, and Europe.
In lieu of gifts, wedding donations were given to the New York World Trade Center Relief Fund.
After a wedding trip in Victoria on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada, the couple resides in Bettendorf.
