Mary K. King, Frankfort, Ky., formerly of Rock Island, daughter of Mrs. Mary A. King, Frankfort, is engaged to Charles R. Geveden, Jr., Frankfort, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles R. Geveden, Wickliffe, Ky.

The bride-elect is employed by Anderson County Board of Education, Lawrenceburg, Ky.

Her fiance is employed by Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Frankfort.

The couple will be married April 6, 2002.
