Fred "Fritz" and Florence Schultz, Odebolt, Iowa, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a free dance from 6 to 10 p.m. Sept. 3, at the Arcadia (Iowa) Legion Hall.
Music will be by Peter and Paul Wendinger.
Their children are Diane and Thomas Paulson, Kiron, Iowa, Dennis and Mary Schultz, Plover, Wis., David and Rose Schultz, Odebolt, and foster son Roger and Gloria Huisenga, Odebolt.
The couple have nine grandchildren.
Mr. Schultz and the former Florence Sauter were married Sept. 14, 1950, at St. John's Lutheran Church of Stockholm Township in Crawford County, rural Kiron.
Family and friends are invited to the dance.
The couple request no gifts.
