She is the owner and operator of RubyBell Corporation.
The prospective bridegroom is a 1982 graduate of Palmyra High School in Palmyra and a 1987 graduate of William Jewell College in Liberty, where he received a bachelor of science degree in business management.
He is an agency vice president with Vertical Group, LLC, of Columbia.
The wedding is planned for Oct. 16, 2004 at the First Baptist Church in Columbia.
