Watts-Notter
Melissa J. Notter became the bride of Brad Watts Nov. 11, 2000 at the St. Paul Lutheran Church. She is the daughter of LuAnne Means of Huntington and John W. Notter of Carlsbad, Calif. He is the son of Geneva Watts of East Lynn, W.Va., and Coy Watts of Lexington, Ky.
Pastor Jeff Wick performed the ceremony. Music was provided by Barbara Lancaster, organist.
The bride was escorted by her father.
Maid of honor was Bridgett Conley.
Best man was Jeff Walker. Usher and taper lighter was Brian Kirby. Also serving as usher was Brian Gartley.
Ring bearers were R.J. Means and Brady Means.
A reception was conducted in the undercroft of the church with Barbara Wilson and Brenda Crum assisting.
The bride graduated from Huntington High School and is attending Marshall University.
The groom, a graduate of Wayne High School, is a member of Steelworkers Union Local 37. He is employed with Steel of West Virginia.
They reside at 10-A Meadow Lane, Huntington.
