Norma Ann Ciccarello of Charleston and James Edward Casto of Huntington were united in marriage Jan. 1, 2001 in a private ceremony. She is the daughter of the late Madeline and Wayne Harpold. He is the son of the late Clayton and Opal Waylington.
Cabell Circuit Judge David Pancake performed the ceremony.
The bride was escorted by her son, Nicholas Andrew Ciccarello Jr.
Best man was Kenneth H. Busz.
A reception was conducted at the Radisson Hotel Huntington.
The bride graduated from Charleston High School and is employed with Charleston Area Restaurant Association.
The groom graduated from Marshall University with bachelor of arts and master’s of arts degrees. He is associate editor of The Herald-Dispatch.
