Lady Tracy Ann Sneed and Lord Anthony James Sneed were united in marriage before friends and family on the 2nd day of October, 2004. The couple enjoyed a Renaissance style wedding in the enchanted forest of the bride’s childhood home. Leading the ceremony was Friar Tony Blevins.
Greg Kissel, uncle of the bride, entertained guest with traditional song and served as town cryer, white Joel Wren played bagpipes for the presentation of the bride and her father. Ladies in waiting were Maiden Stephanie Williams and Maiden Megan Lewis. Attending the groom were, Sir Josh Houdyshell and Sir Brandon Straughn. Eva and Clay Sneed, niece and nephew of the bride served as princess (flower girl) and court jester (ring bearer). Countess’ Jennifer and Heather Rainey, cousins of the bride, stood in as guest book and gift attendants.
Traditional medieval faire of roast beef, turkey legs, and potatoes were served at the event by hand maidens, Patty Kissel and Nancy Rainey, aunts of the bride. Much merriment and feasting followed.
The new couple enjoyed a honeymoon to the Kansas City Renaissance Fair and now reside in Joplin, Mo.
