Brandy Renee Arft and Aron Gene Gruenhagen were united in marriage Saturday, Aug. 9, 2003. The ceremony was held at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, Joplin. Rev. Bob Hudson, Stella, Mo., officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael E. Arft, Joplin. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Rudene Arft, Joplin. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne L. Gruenhagen, Nevada. He is the grandson of Mrs. Rosie Schaub, Glenwood, Minn.
Jamie Woolsey served as matron of honor. Shae Crockett served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Clarissa Bowen, Britney Horine, Brianna Retizner and Sterrin Willoughby.
Jason Gruenhagen served as best man. Groomsmen were David Shea, Chris Arft, Dustin Campbell, Matt Bellach and Jeremy Ogle.
The flower girl was Kiara O’Reilly, and Tyler Melton was the ring bearer. Michael Schaub and Derek Kaelke served as ushers. Amanda Pierson and Meghan Melton were candle lighters.
The piano was played by Chris Greninger, and Gloria Jardon played the harp. Soloist was Jana Smith. The guest book was attended by Jeannette Royle.
The reception was held at the Butcher’s Block Banquet Center, which included a sit-down dinner and a dance. Music was provided by Road Tunes, and Photographs were provided by Vintage Tyme.
After a honeymoon to the island of Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, the couple reside in Sheldon, Mo.
