Kimberly graduated from Presbyterian College in Clinton, S.C. Timothy graduated from Missouri University. Both were graduates of Cumberland Law School in Birmingham, Ala. Kimberly practices law with Waldron and Schneider, Houston, Texas. Lieutenant Commander Timothy Bartley is the Commander of the Naval Reserve Center in Avoca, Pa.
