The bride is the daughter of Mike and Barb Polston, Lamar. The groom is the son of Don and Suzy Parthemer, Frankfort, Kan.
Megan Payne served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Holly Haag, Erica Brisbin and Juli Gardner. Jeri Smith and Brandy Maiyo served as honorary bridesmaids. Josh Parthemer served as the best man, with Luke Parthemer, Scott Rice and Dave Stewart serving as groomsmen. Ushers were Anthony Fincham, Zach Wanklyn, Justin Armstrong and Billy Nelson. Jesa Yaussi was the flower girl, and Grant Smith and Jordan Rice were the ring bearers. The candles were lit by Tre Kendrick and Jace Bowhay. The violinist for the ceremony was Micah Kee, and the soloist was Kim Stewart. The reading of the scriptures was performed by Justin Ricklefs. Programs and bubbles were distributed by Ty Kendrick and Cierra Duncan. Amber Rice and Amy Rice attended the gift table. Ashley's personal assistant was Stacy Scott, and her wedding coordinator was Amanda Robertson.
A dinner reception and dance at Party Oasis followed by ceremony. The bride and groom arrived in a horse and carriage.
After a honeymoon in Negril, Jamaica, the couple reside in Topeka, Kan.
