The bride is the daughter of Richard and Jane Fethers, Joplin. The groom is the son of Norman and Karen Rouse, Carthage, Mo., and Don and Jean Shelfer, Jacksonville, Fla.
Ms. Natalie Bevan served the bride as her maid of honor. Mr. Roberto Riccardi served the groom as his best man.
The couple enjoyed a honeymoon throughout Great Britain and France before returning to their home in Carthage, Mo.
