Shirah - Togood
Pam and Ferrell Shirah of Tyrone, announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Landria Jean Shirah, to James Alexander Togood, son of Linda Togood of Austell, and John Togood of London, England.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Norma Chamblee of Fayetteville, and the late Guy Chamblee, and Toni and Charles Shirah of Hopeful.
She is a graduate of Sandy Creek High School and is employed with the Georgia State Department of Natural Resources.
The groom-elect is the grandson of John Meiklejohn and the late Minnie Meiklejohn.
He graduated from Georgia State University with a degree in geography.
He is currently employed with Yancey Bros. Corporation.
The wedding will be July 8, 2000, at the Pinehurst Tea Room in Stockbridge.
Following a honeymoon to England, the couple will reside in Sharpsburg.
