Hanson - Mayes
Mr. and Mrs. Roy Hanson of Fayetteville announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Lynn Hanson, to John David Mayes, son of Mr. and Mrs. David Mayes, also of Fayetteville.
The bride-to-be graduated from Fayette County High School in 1995 and from the University of Georgia in 1998, with a degree in journalism in public relations.
She is employed by Genex Interactive as a web design project manager.
The groom-elect is also a 1995 graduate of Fayette County High, and graduated from the University of Georgia in 1999, with a degree in consumer economics.
He is employed by Sun Trust Bank as a financial service representative.
The wedding will be Sept. 9, 2000, at the First United Methodist Church in Fayetteville.
Following a cruise to the Western Caribbean, the couple will reside in Decatur.
