Rowe - Flury
Mr. and Mrs. James A Rowe, Jr. of Carrollton, announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Amanda Kay, to Jerry Christopher Flury, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry C. Flury of Tyrone.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert H. Shoemaker of Indianapolis, Ind., James A. Rowe Sr. of Clinton, Ind., and Gloria Monroe of Terre Haute, Ind.
She is a 1996 graduate of Carrollton High School, and is attending the State University of West Georgia, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Carlos Flury of McDonough, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Bob Wilkerson of Hogansville.
He is a 1994 graduate of Sandy Creek High School in Tyrone, and graduated from the State University of West Georgia in 1999 with a Bachelor’s degree in business.
He is employed by Clayton Appliances.
The wedding will be Saturday, Sept. 16, 2000 at 7:30 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Carrollton.
