Jeffrey is the son of Kathy Durfey of Wells, Minn., and Chuck Soost, also of Wells.
He is a graduate of Wells-Easton High School and is employed by A. H. Hermel.
A May 29, 1999, wedding is planned at Pilot Knob State Park, rural Forest City.
