The outside doors of the church were adorned with large white bows. The bride's book was placed on a table covered in white cloth in the atrium. Candles in silver candleholders with crystal bud vases were arranged on the table along with cloth embroidered with sparkling gold threads. The center-sectioned pews were accented with white satin bows and the outer pews were accented with yards of moirÈ fabric swaged between the pews and accented with matching bows. The bride's chosen flowers were in an arrangement of ivy, springeri, Italian ruscus with accents of millot, hypericum berries, winterberries, moncbresha pods, black-magic roses and orange unique roses filled the baptistery. Around the place of ceremony stood two eight-foot tall columns, two six-foot tall columns, and two four-foot tall columns, arranged in a Greek theatre style setting. Atop each column was a cascading arrangement, featuring a mixture of the bride's chosen flowers. At center-focal point among the columns was the unity candle table which was covered in white cloth with the unity candle placed in the center on a 12-inch tall silver candleholder. The bride and groom's candles, in crystal bud vases atop silver candleholders, were on either side of the unity candle and five light candelabras were on either side.
Mothers of the couple carried tussy mussy filled with black-magic roses and fall berries. The grandmothers wore corsages of white roses.
Honorary guest and brother of the bride, Daniel Matthew Sprott, joined his parents and grandparents in the front pew for the ceremony.
The pianist/organist, Steve Lawrence of Forrest City, and violinist, Amy Briggs of Harrison, played music as guests began arriving. "Trompette Voluntary" (Purcell) played as mothers and grandmothers entered and Dr. Ellis Morgan Collins Jr., uncle of the bride of Forrest City, sang "Throughout the Years" (Youmans) after the lighting of the bride's and groom's candles by the fathers of the couple.
The house party, followed by the bridesmaids, entered to "Canon in D" (Pachelbel) and "Bridal Chorus from Lohengrin" (Wagner) played as the bride and her father walked down the aisle. The bride wore a white, strapless gown with fitted bodice, embellished with pearls, bugle beads, crystals and sequins in a floral design amongst embroidered schiffly lace. It featured a Basque waistline highlighting an inverted pleat which ran down the front of the satin skirt. White buttons cascaded down the back of the dress into a pleated, chapel-length train.
