Miss Deanna Allen to wed Jody Edwards on May 17 [2008]
Mr. and Mrs. Gary Allen of Lamar announce the engagement of their daughter, Deanna Danyell Allen, of Lamar, to Jody Lee Edwards of Bethlehem, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Edwards of Bethlehem.
Deanna is the granddaughter of Martha Allen of Lamar and the late Rudell Allen and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Bursi of Memphis, Tenn.
She is a 2001 graduate of Hickory Flat Attendance Center and a 2005 graduate of Baptist College of Health Sciences with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing.
She is an RN at Semmes-Murphy Neurologic and Spine Institute.
Jody is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Talmadge Edwards of Bethlehem, Sue Kirk of Cornersville and the late Cooper Kirk.
He is a 2001 graduate of Potts Camp High School and attended Northwest Community College.
He is employed with Edwards Fertilizer Company.
The couple will be married on May 17, 2008.
