Tracy Ann Raggio and Andrew Dashiell Michel were married Aug. 20, 1994 at the Pulgas Water Temple.
The bride is the daughter of Glenn Raggio of Menlo Park and Nancy Ann Loy of Berkeley.
A graduate of Palo Alto High School and California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, she is a project engineer at D.P.R. Construction in Redwood City.
The groom is the son of Mary Ann Michel of Palo Alto and the late Francis W. Michel.
A graduate of Gunn High School, he is a civil engineering student at San Jose State University.
The couple will live in Menlo Park.
