Nancy Jo Ringham and John Bradfield Ashton were married July 23, 1994 at Church of the Nativity in Menlo Park.

The bride is the daughter of Arthur and Barbara Ringham of Atherton.

A graduate of Castilleja School, Northwestern University and the Fuqua School of Business of Duke University, she is a financial analyst with Astra-Merck Pharmaceutical in Philadelphia.

The groom is the son of John and Fay Ashton of Madison, Connecticut.

A graduate of the University of Virginia and the Fuqua School of Business of Duke University, he is a financial analyst for Rohm and Haas in Philadelphia.

The couple will live in Philadelphia.
