The bride is the daughter of Franklin P. "Pitch" Johnson Jr. and Catherine H. Johnson of Palo Alto.
A graduate of Palo Alto High School, Vassar College and the University of Southern California School of Cinema, she is a story analyst in the motion picture industry in Los Angeles.
The groom is the son of Henry K. and Emily S. Evers of San Francisco.
He graduated from Deerfield Academy and Stanford University and is a political scientist at the Hoover Institution.
The couple will live in Palo Alto.
