Elizabeth is the daughter of Walter and Bonita Smith of De Queen.
She is the granddaughter of Billy Ann Smith Buck of Arkadelphia, the late Lenard Smith of De Queen and the late M.C. and Rena Frachiseur of Grannis.
Andrew is the son of Harold and Sharen Woodard of Benton.
He is the grandson of Harold, Sr. and Betty Woodard and Sam and Patsy Sample, all of Benton.
The wedding will take place at Cross Roads Missionary Baptist Church in Benton.
A reception will immediately follow at Silver Springs Country Club.
After a honeymoon in Hawaii, the couple will make their home in Benton.
A reception will also be held for friends and family of the couple in Grannis, Arkansas in October.
