Miss Smith is the granddaughter of Jim and Shirley Pearce and Victor and Betty Smith of De Queen, Arkansas.
Mr. Everitt is the grandson of Deloyie and Bobbi Boone of De Queen, the late Mildred Emerson of De Queen, and the late Norman Everitt of Eustace, Texas.
Miss Smith is a graduate of De Queen High School.
She attends Texas A&M University of Texarkana.
The prospective groom is a graduate of Northwood High School.
He attends classes at BPCC of Shreveport, Louisiana, and is employed with M & M Trailer.
The wedding will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 13, 2010 at the Anthony Chapel in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
