Joe and Shirley Frachiseur will be celebrating their 50th Wedding anniversary.
They were married February 14th, 1959 in Umpire, Arkansas.
Their children, Gina and Ron Paul of De Queen and Greg and Shari Frachiseur of Wake Village, TX, will honor their parents with a reception at the First Baptist Church in De Queen on Sunday, February 15, from 2-4 pm.
All family and friends are invited to come join the celebration.

Shirley June Frachiseur
June 24, 1936 - June 18, 2018
Mrs. Shirley June Davis Frachiseur, age 81, a resident of De Queen, died Monday, June 18, 2018 in the Cornerstone Retirement Community, Texarkana, Texas.
Shirley was the oldest of eight children born to Oren J. and Nora Lee Ashbrooks Davis. She was born in Athens, Arkansas, on June 24, 1936. She was an educator having taught in Glenwood, Horatio, De Queen and at the Cossatot Community College of University of Arkansas, with forty-four years of service. At CCCUA, she received Teacher of the Year, and had the Business Education Building named the Frachiseur-Pulliam Building in her honor. Shirley was a member of the First Baptist Church of De Queen, where she taught Grace Sunday School Class. She was a board member of the Sevier County Developmental Center, and enjoyed reading, sewing, and scrapbooking. Most of all, Shirley was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, and cherished the time spent with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of over 55 years, Joe Frachiseur, and a grandchild, Avery Grace Frachiseur.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Greg and Shari Frachiseur of Redwater, Texas; a daughter and son-in-law, Gina and Ron Paul of Monticello, Arkansas; four grandchildren, Cooper Frachiseur, Tucker Alan Frachiseur, Karaline Paul, and Christian Paul; two brothers and sisters-in-law, James W. “Buddy” and Ruth Davis of Hermitage, Tennessee, Jimmy W and Teresa Davis of Dierks; five sisters and three brothers-in-law, Shelby Hill Jeanes of Nashville, Arkansas, Lenda and Bob Taylor of Wynnewood, Oklahoma, Glenda and Ronald Peden of Nashville, Arkansas, Cathy Bennett of De Queen, and Pat and Ed Johnston of De Queen; as well as nieces, nephew, other relatives and a host of friends.
Funeral services for Mrs. Shirley Frachiseur will be held at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, June 20, 2018, in the First Baptist Church of De Queen with Pastor Josh Herweck officiating. Burial will follow in the Redmen Cemetery, De Queen, under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home, De Queen. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, June 19, 2018, at the funeral home.
The family ask that memorial be made to the First Baptist Church of De Queen, 1535 West Collin Raye Drive, De Queen, Arkansas 71832, in Mrs. Frachiseur’s honor.

Mr. Joseph B. "Joe" Frachiseur, age 82, a resident of De Queen, died Wednesday, December 31, 2014, in De Queen, Arkansas.
He was born to John Allen and Willie Mae Murphy Frachiseur on November 6, 1932 in Grannis, Arkansas. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict, having served in the U. S. Army, and was a retired rancher. Joe was an active member of the First Baptist Church, where he was honored for his faithful service. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and working outside, and most of all, spending time with his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Bill Frachiseur, and a grandchild, Avery Grace Frachiseur.
He is survived by his wife of over 55 years, Shirley Davis Frachiseur, one son and daughter-in-law, Greg and Shari Frachiseur of Red Water, Texas, one daughter and son-in-law, Gina and Ron Paul of Monticello, Arkansas, four grandchildren, Cooper Frachiseur, Tucker Alan Frachiseur, Karaline Paul, and Christian Paul, two brothers and a sister-in-law, John Frachiseur of Gainsville, Florida, Ray and Carolyn Frachiseur of De Queen, two sisters and a brother-in-law,
Laverne Newport of Arlington, Texas, and Hellen and Bill Kramp of Garland, Texas, Joe is also survived by his wife's family, five sisters-in-law, Shelby Hill Jeans of Nashville, Ark,
Linda Taylor and her husband Bob of Winniewood, Okla., Glenda Peden and her husband Ronald of Nashville, Cathy Bennett of De Queen, and Pat Johnston and her husband Ed also of De Queen, two brothers-in-law, Buddy Davis and his wife, Ruth of Hermitage, Tenn., Jimmy W Davis and his wife, Teresa of Dierks, Arkansas, and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services for Joe Frachiseur will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 3, 2015
in the First Baptist Church of De Queen with Rev. Charles Hebert and Pastor Josh Herweck oficiating. Burial will follow in Redmen Cemetery, under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at Chandler Funeral Home on Friday, January 2nd from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M.
