Mr. and Mrs. John C. Billingsley are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Amber Vaughn Billingsley to Francis Adrian “Sonny” Watkins II.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mr. & Mrs. Jim Billingsley of Winthrop, AR and Ms. Billie Brake of Texarkana, TX and Mr. Bob Butler of Foreman, AR.
Amber is the 1998 graduate of Horatio High School and the 2003 graduate of the University of Central Arkansas.
Presently Amber is working as an Account Executive for FedEx Freight Systems in Texarkana, AR.
Sonny Watkins is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Watkins of Texarkana, TX.
Sonny is the grandson of the late Mr. Burl Eaves and Ms. Alene Eaves and the late Mr. Francis Watkins and Ms. Hazel Stanley.
Sonny is the 1993 graduate of Texas High School.
Presently Sonny is working as a Superintendent for Applied Control Technology in Texarkana, TX.
The couple will wed on June 14, 2008 in Nassau, Bahamas.
The bride’s parents will host a reception at Prissy Chrissy Ranch upon their return.
