Charissa is the daughter of Tony Bob Ray and De Queen and Randy and Sharon Lindsey of Horatio.
She is the granddaughter of Polly Williams of Horatio, Wane and Dorothy Oliver of Ashdown, the late Melba Kreider, and the late R.L. Ray.
Richard is the son of James and Lana VanVoast.
He is the grandson of Leon and Mary Crawford of Winthrop, Shirley VanVoast of De Queen and the late Richard E. VanVoast.
The wedding will take place May 31st, 2008 at the Lindsey residence in Horatio.
