Dr. Randolph Waugh officiated.
Following the ceremony, the reception was held in the church fellowship hall.
On Friday evening, the rehearsal dinner was held at Market Street West.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Mitchell of Germanton, NC.
She is the granddaughter of Joe Pete Redmon and Lena Mitchell.
She is a graduate of Appalachian State University and UNC-Greensboro Graduate School.
She is an Audiologist at Aim Hearing, Inc.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Loyd Tallant of Greensboro.
He is a graduate of UNC--Greensboro and is a project manager at T.F.F., Inc.
The bride was attended by Christy Lennon of Kernersville as matron of honor and Sena Lambersky of Greensboro as maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Mollie Ridenhour of Greensboro, Sharon Baucom of Morganton, Kim Byrd of Greensboro, Kay Arrington of Atlanta, GA and Heather Mitchell of King, NC.
The honor attendants were Sara Gravitt of King, Susan Fulk of Germanton and Teresa Wall of Winston-Salem.
The groom chose his father, Loyd Tallant, and Bill Beyer of Cincinnati, Ohio as best men.
Groomsmen were Carl Mitchell of Raleigh, brother of the bride; J.T. Puckett of Johnson City, TN; and Jonathan Crutchley, Joe Dunbar, Matt Rairden, Robert Jackson and Chris Hall, all of Greensboro.
The flower girls were Courtney Wall of Winston-Salem and Emma Mattingly of Greensboro.
The ring bearers were Thomas Gravitt of King and Andrew Fulk of Germanton.
Nancy Howie attended the register.
Following a cruise to the Virgin Islands, the couple will reside in Greensboro.
