MR. AND MRS. JOHN MICHAEL MANNING

Miss Amy Jeanne Stivale Marries John M. Manning

Miss Amy Jeanne Stivale, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Stivale of Westfield, was married on Friday, March 27, 1998 to John Michael Manning.

He is the son of Mrs. Theresa Manning of Belleville.

Pastor Timothy Pretz performed the afternoon ceremony at the Osceola Presbyterian Church in Clark.

A reception followed at the Richfield Regency in Verona.

Mrs. Jennifer McDonald of Jensen Beach, Florida, the sister of the bride, was the matron of honor.

Bridal attendants included Mrs. Christine Mezzo, Ms. Kristine Huey and Ms. Sharon Reilley, all of Clark.

Miss Nicole McDonald of Jensen Beach and Miss Samantha Stivale of Locust, the nieces of the bride, served as the flower girl and the ring bearer, respectively.

Gary Pitts of Pompton Lakes and John Smith of Andover were the best men. Serving as ushers were Charles Tramato of Lakawaxon, Pennsylvania and Mitch Patlock of South Orange.

The bride, who was escorted down the aisle by her father, wore a white organza gown with a fitted bodice

and full skirt, and a chapel train trimmed with seed pearls and sequins. A tiara of seed pearls and sequins held her illusion veil. She carried a cascade bouquet of white roses, stephanotis and ivy.

The matron of honor and bridal attendants wore long cornflower blue dresses trimmed with rhinestones, and carried bouquets of blue and yellow spring flowers and white roses.

The nieces of the bride wore floor-length silk dresses trimmed with seed pearls and sequins, and floral garlands in their hair.

Prenuptial parties included a bridal shower given by the bridal attendants at The Westwood in Garwood.

The mother of the bridegroom hosted the rehearsal dinner at the La Griglia restaurant in Kenilworth.

The bride is a 1988 graduate of Westfield High School, and is employed by Schering-Plough Corporation in Union as marketing coordinator.

The bridegroom attended Bloomfield High School and is employed by the La Griglia restaurant in Kenilworth.

Following a wedding trip to the Bahamas, the couple reside in Clark.
