Collier anniversary
Mr. and Mrs. Harold Collier, of Tipton, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary by taking trips to Australia, New Zealand and Hawaii.
A family celebration is planned for October (2010).
They will take a train trip through the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas.
JoAnn Wittman and Harold Collier were married Aug. 5, 1960, at First Baptist Church in Syracuse, by the Rev. Bob Potter.
Mr. Collier is a retired livestock hauler and raises cattle.
Mrs. Collier is a retired teacher who worked for the Tipton School District.
They have two children, Karen Bestgen, of Sioux City, Iowa, and Darren Collier, of Carthage; and four grandchildren.
