Faulkner - Sexton
KEWANEE - Amanda Lynn Faulkner became the bride of Daniel Allen Sexton in a 2 p.m. ceremony June 9, 2001, at the Kewanee Missionary Baptist Church. Tom McCanless performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Sam and Marcy Faulkner of New Madrid and her husband is the son of Bill and Carla Sexton of Matthews.
Pianist Terri Simpson of Portageville provided music for the occasion.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore a sleeveless Alfred Angelo satin gown designed with an empire waist and an A-line skirt. The bodice and train were accented with seed pearls and the waist-length veil was adorned with pearls.
Erin Lange of Marston attended the bride as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Lisa Faulkner and Laura Beth Faulkner of New Madrid, Brooke Miller of Marston, Emily Milam of Jonesboro, Ark., and Andrea Roseman of St. Louis. Alexa Garner of New Madrid was flower girl.
The bridegroom chose Josh Sexton of Matthews as best man. Groomsmen were Jason Houston of New Madrid, Jared Kimes of Mississippi, Jason Taylor of Lilbourn, Codi Mears of Arkansas and Travis Hale of Jonesboro, Ark. Dason Milam of Jonesboro was ring bearer and ushers were Samuel Faulkner of New Madrid, Patrick Hayes of Marston and Blake Pearson of Sikeston.
Kasi Clark of New Madrid was guest book attendant.
The wedding reception was held in the church fellowship hall, where guests were served by Linda Milam and Debbie Houston of New Madrid and Lori Copeland of Sikeston.
The new Mr. and Mrs. Sexton are making their home in Dexter.
