The groom is employed as a chiropractor with Scott Medical Health Center in Pittsburgh.
He is a 1992 graduate of Penn's Manor High School.
He was awarded his Doctor of Chiropractic degree by New York Chiropractic College.
Joel is the son of John and Bobette Lopacinski of Indiana, Pa.
He is the grandson of Lois and the late Robert Trainor and the late Mary and Edward Lopacinski of Indiana, Pa.
Sister of the bride, Teresa Reilly of Cleveland, was maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Kelly Bladel of Pittsburgh, friend of the bride, and Christine Richmond of Fairfax, Va, sister of the bride.
