Angela Kay Jaynes and Matthew Thomas Orndorff married May 19, 2001 at St. Francis of Assisi Church.
The bride is the daughter of the late Helen Neinast. Parents of the bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. Christopher M. Orndorff of Sierra Vista, Ariz.
The bride was given in marriage by her uncle Gary Crist. She wore an empire gown styled with detachable train and embellished with sequins and pearls. She carried a gardenia and rose bouquet.
Lorri Kay Kauffman, the bride's cousin, was honor attendant. Bridesmaids were Christine Bussell and the bride's cousin Nicole Moore. They woreempire gowns with pale purple on top and dark purple floor-length skirts. Each carried a single white rose with baby's breath.
Christopher Orndorff II was best man for his brother's wedding. Ushers were the bride's brother Brian Jaynes, Mark Weymer and the bride's cousins Lee Crist and Keith Kauffman.
The Rev. Bill Parenteau officiated the ceremony. Music was by pianist Marilyn Weinlader.
The bride graduated from Yuma High School and is attending Arizona Western College. She is in retail sales at Dillard's Department Store. The bridegroom graduated from Buena High School and has an associate degree in fire science from Cochise College. He is employed by the city of Yuma Fire Department.
Disc jockey Sonio Porter furnished the music for the reception held at Knights of Columbus. After a trip to Disneyland, newlyweds are at home at 1280 W. 24th St. #36.
