Amy Joe Conaway and John Benson Thomas Hollingshead were united in marriage at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, 2005 at Elm Grove United Methodist Church, Wheeling, with the Rev. Bryan Carpenter officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Conaway of Wheeling.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Hollingshead of Wheeling.
Shannon Thompson was maid of honor. David Yoho served as best man.
Other attendants were Marilouise Schiffer; Heather Bitzer, sister of the groom; Kayla Volz; Amy Wilson; Cory Secrest; Jeremy DeLong; Marcus Davis and Greg Bitzer.
A reception was held at the Italian American Club of Wheeling.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of Wheeling Park High School. She is a student at West Virginia Northern Community College.
The groom is a 2002 graduate of Wheeling Park High School. He plans to pursue a nursing degree.
After a wedding trip to Hawaii, the couple will reside in Wheeling.
