Westberg-Jones
Lana Westberg became the bride of Dean Jones during a wedding ceremony officiated by the Rev. Wright K. Hand July 1, 2000 at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort.
The bride is the daughter of Cindy Westberg of Tucson. Parents of the bridegroom are Chris and Alton Jones of Yuma.
For her wedding, the bride selected a retro lavender wedding dress and carried a bouquet of flowers made of silver and white beads with crystal accents.
Music was calypso and steel drum.
Adam Davies was honor attendant for the bride. Anne Jones, the groom's sister, was his honor attendant.
The bride graduated from Barry Goldwater High School and is working at Trattoria Pina in Tucson while attending the University of Arizona.
The bridegroom graduated from Yuma High School. He also is attending UA, where he is working in the optical science department.
A reception was held at Trattoria Pina. The newlyweds are planning a trip to Toronto, Canada, in September.
