Sandra Saldana and David Wert were united in marriage during an Oct. 31, 1998 ceremony performed by the Rev. John Goldstein at Century House and Gardens.

Parents of the bride are Elisa and Salvador Saldana of 4432 W. 15th St.

The bridegroom is the son of Peggy and William Wert of Palm Springs, Calif.

Music was by Cara, Tame and Jacky Chavez.

The bride wore a white brocade gown and carried fresh flowers.

Judith Caballero served as honor attendant.

Other attendants and flower girls were Monica and Veronica Saldana, Judith Cruces and Sage Wert.

The bridegroom's attendants were Shaff Craf and Ivan Velazquez.

The bride graduated from Cibola High School and Arizona Western College.

She and the bridegroom graduated from the University of Arizona.

A reception was held at Desert Hills Golf Course Clubhouse. Music was by Machados Group.
