Margaret Anne Brown, formerly of Maryville, daughter of Lynn R. Brown of Maryville and George W. Brown of Chattanooga, was united in marriage with Robert Michael Larson, formerly of Three Rivers, Mich., son of James and Mary Larson of Three Rivers, Mich., June 5 at First Presbyterian Church in New York City.
Dr. Jon M. Walton officiated.
Nuptial music was provided by Dr. William F. Entriken.
Escorted by her brothers, Daniel Brown of Knoxville and George Brown of New York City, the bride wore a strapless, diamond-white wedding gown and a cathedral-length veil.
She carried a bouquet of red roses and calla lilies.
Bridesmaids were Ridge Carpenter, Cathy Bagwell and Meg Brown, all of New York City, and Leah Schuster of Memphis.
They wore red, floor-length gowns from Nicole Miller.
Laura Turner of Maryville was flower girl.
Mike Larson of Three Rivers, Mich., brother of the bridegroom, and Mark Zittman of New York City were best men.
Groomsmen were George Brown Jr. of New York City, Daniel Brown of Knoxville, and Dave Ramaley, Kris Marsh and Spencer Schilly, all of New York City.
A reception given by the bride and bridegroom was held on a yacht that cruised the island of Manhattan.
After a wedding trip to Italy, the couple are living in New York City.
The bride is a graduate of Maryville High School and the University of Tennessee.
She is employed by MTV Networks as an associate producer at VH1 in New York City.
